Camden is a high traffic area and planned transport maintenance over the weekends is always given in advance by TFL. Please plan your journey well in advance to avoid arriving late for your booking.
Bookings are capped at a maximum of 6 people on Sundays. We do not accommodate requests for multiple bookings to be joined or sat next to each other.

Due to Guanabana having a small kitchen, there may be traces of allergens in our dishes. We cannot guarantee our dishes are 100% allergen free. Sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding.
Guanabana Booking Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before making a booking. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following terms. These are non-negotiable and cancellation charges may apply.
Table Time Limits
During our busiest periods, we enforce seating times for all our bookings so that we are able to accommodate all requests for a table.
Bookings of 1–4 guests: 1 hour & 30 mins only
Bookings of 5 or more: 2 hours only
Arriving Late
Late arrivals reduces your seating time at your table and you will feel rushed to leave on time for the next booking.
Tables must still be vacated at the scheduled time. We are unable to accommodate more time to a table as all our tables tend to be fully booked on our busiest days.
If you arrive 15 minutes late, your table will be given away to walk-ins and cancellation charges will still apply.
Booking Changes
We cannot amend times or dates when fully booked.
Changes require a minimum of 6 hours’ notice.
If you cannot attend and fail to notify us, your booking will be cancelled and charges will apply.
Seating Requests
Priority for the back dining area is given to guests who book well in advance.
This area typically books out 3-4 weeks ahead.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur a £25 per person charge.
This fee is non-disputable and is also charged for guests who wish to cancel after booking on the same day.
Minimum Spend for Bookings of 7 or more
£30 per person minimum spend (excluding 12.5% service charge).
Service charge is non-discretionary and cannot be removed from the bill.
Changes in Group Size
If your party size drops and you do not notify us, you will be charged £30 per missing guest on your final bill.
Cakes & Celebrations
Bringing your own cake? A £20 cake fee applies.
Sparklers and fountain candles are not allowed due to fire safety.
BYOB Policy
We are a BYOB restaurant for alcohol only.
Corkage charges apply.
No outside soft drinks are permitted.
Children & Family Bookings
A seat must be booked for each child.
We cannot accommodate pushchairs at tables – these must be folded and stored.
There are no baby-changing facilities or children’s menu.
We do not accommodate our dishes for children.
All our chicken is spicy including our BBQ sauce.
Children must remain seated for safety reasons.
Please note: The environment may not be suitable for young babies or children.
Payments
We accept cash (exact change only) and card payments. We do not have change available.
We accept American Express
Customer Conduct
Guests who are aggressive or threatening to staff will be refused service and asked to leave immediately.
