Camden is a high traffic area and planned transport maintenance over the weekends is always given in advance by TFL. Please plan your journey well in advance to avoid arriving late for your booking.

For large bookings, our back dining area can seat up to a maximum of 40 guests. We do not have private dining rooms.

Due to Sundays being fully booked every week, we are unable accept party bookings on this day until further notice.

We are unable to accommodate with for guests with severe allergies.

Due to Guanabana having a small kitchen, there may be traces of allergens in our dishes. We cannot guarantee our dishes are 100% allergen free. Sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding.

Terms & Conditions for All Bookings:

  • ⁠During weekends and busy periods of service throughout the week, we enforce a time limit for tables to accommodate all guests efficiently. This can be found on all email confirmations.

  • Please be aware that during a busy peak service, arriving late to your booking will reduce your seating time and you and your party will feel rushed to leave as we will need the table back in time for the next booking.

  • We are unable to amend booking times or dates when we are fully booked. If you cannot make your booking, it will be cancelled and charges will still apply.

  • Guests who have booked in advance will be given priority seating in the back dining area. Please be mindful that our back dining area tends to be fully booked 2-3 weeks in advance.

  • ⁠Guests who are running 10 mins late, please call us in advance otherwise your booking will be cancelled and given away in accordance to demand for tables. Cancellation charges still apply.

  • Any no shows or cancellations made within a 24 hour period of their booking will be subject to a cancellation charge of £20 per person. The cancellation charge of £20 per person is applicable on the same day of the no-show or late cancellation

  • For bookings of 7 people or more, a minimum spend of £30 per person is required, excluding the service charge, which is non-removable from the bill.

  • If your numbers drop and you do not inform us in advance, a cancellation charge of £20 per person will be added to your bill and is non disputable.

  • During a busy Sunday service, we are unable to seat guests who are 20 mins late as we cannot accommodate more time to that table as all our tables are booked back to back. The booking will be cancelled and cancellation charges will still apply.

  • We do not allow multiple bookings to be joined or seated next to each other. Each booking will remain as a separate table arrangement, and requests to merge tables or be seated together will not be accommodated.

  • For anyone wishing to bring in their own cake, there is a cake fee of £3 per person.

  • Due to safety regulations, sparklers and fountain candles are strictly prohibited on the premises

  • For anyone wishing to bring children, you must book a seat per child due to our spacing being very close together and please add a note in your reservation if you require space for a pushchair. We have limited spacing in the restaurant.

  • Due to the limited spacing and size of our restaurant, we do not have dedicated childrens’ facilities such as changing areas. Additionally our availability of highchairs is very limited. Please note that overall environment may not be fully accommodating or suitable for children.

  • Please be aware that we do not have a children’s menu and cannot amend our menu for children.

  • Children must stay seated while dining in Guanabana to avoid accidents with our Front of House team.

  • We accept cash but exact payment only.

  • Guests who show aggressive or threatening behaviour towards staff members, will be refused service and asked to leave the premises immediately.
